Junior Golf Program
2023 Junior Golf Schedule
Our programs will consist of several offerings for all levels of junior golfers.
Registration for all classes except the Tuesday After School Clinic will be done through the Westport Parks and Recreation website. Registration for the Tuesday After School clinics will still be done in person at the pro shop or by phone by calling (203) 221-0900.
Little Linkers (Ages 4-6):
Course Description:
Little Linkers is a four-week program introducing young players to the game and golf swing. The course will introduce the fundamentals of the swing and short game through fun, interactive skill games. The program consists of (4) 45-minute classes and is limited to 8 students.
Session 1 – Putting Session 2 – Chipping Session 3 – Full Swing Session 4 – Short Course
Price - $110
Times - Saturdays 12:30 P.M. - 1:15 P.M.

Junior Get Golf Ready (Ages 7-11):
Course Description:
The Junior Get Golf Ready class is a four-week program for those students with little or no experience with the game. The program focuses on the fundamentals of the full swing, putting, and chipping. All players are introduced to the game in a fun, comfortable learning environment. The program consists of (4) 1-hour classes and is limited to 8 students.
Session 1 – Chipping Session 2 – Full Swing Session 3 – Putting Session 4 – Full Swing
Price - $120

Junior Get Golf Ready (Ages 12-17):
Course Description:

Summer Clinics
Our summer clinics are designed for boys and girls in grades 3-11 to learn and enhance their game of golf. Basic skills, forms, and fundamentals will be taught and implemented at a moderate pace. It will follow a curriculum that
allows our students to be proficient in putting, chipping, pitching, and bunkers. Students will focus on forms
including half and full swings using irons, woods, and putters. Each class is limited to 16 students.

Session 1: June 26 – 29
Session 2: *July 3 – 7
Session 3: July 10 – 13
Session 4: July 17 – 20
Session 5: July 24 – 27
Session 6: July 31 – August 3
Session 7: August 7 – 10
Session 8: August 14 – 17
Times: Monday thru Thursday from 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. (Note Session 2 meets Monday and Wednesday thru Friday)
Price: $275 per participant, per session plus a handpass
Notes: Inclement weather will cause instruction to be canceled.
After School Clinics:
Tuesdays 4:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Course Description:
The after school clinics are held every Tuesday afternoon. They are meant to be a convenient substitute for those that cannot commit to a monthly class or are not available on the weekends. Topics of the clinic will vary by week based on skill level and frequency of the participants. Advanced registration is done in person or by phone by calling the pro shop at (203) 221-0900.
Price - $35 per session
